More than a month after Darshan Solanki, an 18-year-old IIT Bombay student, died by suicide and the probe was transferred to Mumbai crime branch's special investigation team (SIT) over allegations of caste-based discrimination he faced, it has come to light that on March 3 the SIT had stumbled upon a "suicide note" in his hostel room in which he had reportedly named a roommate for pushing him to take the extreme step.
