Patients are now undergoing tests with lower accuracy due to the unavailability of cartridges. The shortage has also affected the functioning of CBNAAT and TrueNat machines in the city's TB treatment centers. The BMC has borrowed cartridges from other cities and states, and has placed an order for more cartridges.
