An eight-month-old adopted dog, Tiger, was brutally killed with a heavy spanner at Dattpada in Borivali (East) on Monday. Animal carer, Parth Sakla, has lodged an FIR at Kasturba Marg police station against one accused identified as Virendra Yadav.
