Abduction with intent to kill slapped against 'killer' RPF cop in chargesheet

Dismissed RPF constable Chetan Singh, who was arrested for killing his senior and three passengers on a train, has had additional charges of abduction with intent to murder, intimidation, and mischief filed against him. The chargesheet also includes charges under the Prevention of Defacement of Property Act. The chargesheet includes evidence such as passenger videos and CCTV footage, while statements from witnesses and police officers are also included. The GRP has requested that Singh's production in court be done via videoconferencing due to safety concerns.
